Every order is produced by our vetted production partners and inspected before it is packed and shipped. Items are made-to-order, which is why handling time is required.

About our production process

• Each item is made-to-order. Production begins after an order is confirmed, which is why handling time is required before the package is handed to the carrier. Made-to-order production allows us to offer a wider range of designs without holding bulk inventory.
• Because every item is produced specifically for the buyer, slight variations in print placement or color shade may occur and are considered normal. Items that are personalized or customized are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The Red Patriot offers a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping.
• For returns due to change of mind or wrong size selected, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Product quality

Each item is reviewed by our production partners before shipment. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
